Use and installation
Use a stud finder to locate ceiling joists, anchor the four top mount plates into joists where possible, or use ceiling-rated drywall anchors sized for the loaded weight.
Drill pilot holes, insert anchors, and drive the mounting screws.
Attach the drop arms to the ceiling plates and the two horizontal bars to the bottom of the drop arms.
A second person and a step ladder simplify alignment.
