Use and installation

  1. Place on a flat, level floor or pool deck under cover; the weighted base keeps the frame stable when fully loaded with three wet towels.

The rack ships fully assembled or in two halves depending on shipping size. Slot the upper frame into the weighted base and tighten the connection screws if shipped flat.
