Anchors are not interchangeable. Match them to your own wall material and to the weight the piece will carry once loaded.
Use and installation
Mark the two top mounting hole positions on the wall using a level; the rack has integrated wall-mount keyholes at the top of the frame.
Drill pilot holes (carbide-tipped bit at low speed for tile installations), insert the included wall anchors, and drive the mounting screws.
Hang the rack on the screws.

Easy to install beautiful on the wall who could ask for more
I recently purchased the 7 tier bath towel rack. I wanted something different, from the ordinary towel bar. I like the item and I feel like it adds dimension and character to my guest bathroom. As far as the item goes, price-point was a little on the high side for the quality, in my opinion. It needs to be assembled(very basic and easy). The finish is fair( some areas seem to have a difference sheen). Overall, I am happy with the purchase and would recommend.

I was looking for a fairly stout towel rack in brushed nickel for my guest bath remodel. After ordering and returning a couple of flimsy and cheap examples from other sources- that were under $100- I decided to spend the money and try this model. It is expensive- over $250- but I guess this is what it costs for a decent example any more. Like the sturdiness and looks good.
We specifically purchased this towel hold as it hold eight towels. We love it.
I didn’t have wall space for a towel rack. This worked well on the side of my cabinet. The quality is great and assembly easy.

The rack is just what I was looking for. Simple design but functional since my cabinet space is very limited. However, the screws that were included were of inadequate size. We were given an inch and a half and we needed at least 2 inches and slightly larger. This was to ensure its stability. Luckily my husband had plenty of screws on hand. Thank you

Thought it needed no assembly but did need to attach each rail. Shame fixings aren't hidden as would be so simple to do rather than have two screw heads showing unless full of towels. However, looks smart once built and holds rolled up bath sheets no problem. Time will tell if it stays looking so smart in the humidity of a bathroom. Bit on the expensive side for a simple design, but does finish the bathroom off with a stylish solution to towel holding
If I had to do it again I would not order these bath towel racks. They are very expensive for the design and craftsmanship. They come with no assembly instructions. The small rack is not square or level. The “S” design makes the middle shelf level but not the top or bottom. The shelves are not real wood. They are faux vinyl stickers that are already peeling. The pictures online are deceiving because in my pictures you can see the screws on the front and the mounting screws into the wall. It’s a crude look to see the brackets and screw heads. The larger rack, I asked to return because my wall could not support the two mounting points. I got no response from Grandmix. So I bit the bullet and mounted them directly on the stud, which makes the rack off center on the wall. I hope through use it stays in place. Its my fault for letting social media affect my choices.
The product itself was great and met expectations. However, the wait time for delivery was long and it arrived with the box and packaging torn apart. Luckily the item did not appear damaged however if it had been it would have been a hassle to exchange.

Ordered it in white …arrived with multiple chips in it - which I decided to touch up myself rather than sending it back. Also one of the bolts was screwed in so tight I had to use vice grips to loosen it….other than those issues looks great

Nice clean, simple look which I was going for. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. I asked to return it bc the wall I have in my condo will not hold it and I was concerned it might get yanked out of my wall with repeated use of a towel being pulled off the shelf. The towels used need to be in the thinner side. I asked to return it and they came back to me wanting to give me a partial refund bc it came from Turkey and would need to go through customs. I would need to pay all of the fees and was not guaranteed a full refund until it was received in Turkey. I ended up with a 50% refund and keeping the shelf.

The paint on the gold version appears to be of low quality. Arrived scuffed and looks like it was lightly spray painted, at best. I would not consider this to be a $300 item. While it is “sturdy” because it is metal…this is a $45 to $75 amazon-like item with marketing pictures that make it look much sharper and more expensive. 3 stars is generous.
