Use and installation
Use a stud finder to locate ceiling joists where possible, then anchor the two top mount plates into joists or use ceiling-rated drywall anchors sized for the loaded weight.
Drill pilot holes, insert anchors, and drive the mounting screws.
Attach the drop arms to the ceiling plates and the horizontal bar to the bottom of the drop arms.
A second person and a step ladder simplify alignment.
