Anchors are not interchangeable. Match them to your own wall material and to the weight the piece will carry once loaded.
Use and installation
Mark the two mounting hole positions on the wall using a level.
Drill pilot holes (carbide-tipped bit at low speed for tile installations), insert the included wall anchors, and drive the mounting screws.
Hang the ring on the screws.
The ring has integrated keyhole openings at the back of the wall plate.

Beautifully designed towel holders. The gold was a little too brown for my liking so I sprayed them a more vibrant gold, now they are absolutely perfect!!! I’d definitely recommend for an elevated decor vs the typical towel rack.

The screws were difficult to screw in behind the holder and then should have been inset so they don’t stick out.
You have on your website free shipping you sent me a product that was damaged. You kindly said that you would send me a new one and did so later a bill shows up International bill with no account number. I can’t call anyone and then you said don’t pay it you’ll take care of it. Three months go by and you don’t take care of it and then another bill shows up two months after an original purchase it’s totally fraud. And to top it off when you go to your website on top free shipping tell that to my FedEx invoices.
I loved, loved my towels holder, very unique. The only thing is that you need to hang those on a wood joist, so my husband had to open the walls in my 2 bathrooms to put some wood were we wanted them.
